A Quick Bridge - minding the gap
  • How much can I borrow?
    You can borrow between £ 25,000.00 and £1,000,000.00

  • What % of the Purchase Price can I borrow?
    You can borrow up to 100% of the purchase price.

  • Is there a charge for making an Application?
    No there is no charge for making an Application.

  • What is the rate for the Same Day Loan?
    The rate is 0.4%

  • What is the rate for the 3 Working Day Loan?
    The rate is 0.5%

  • Are there any other costs?
    There is an additional arrangement fee of £95 + VAT, to cover the requirement of counter-checking by a second solicitor acting for A Quick Bridge.

  • Why are you so competitive?
    We are competitive because we specialise in this niche area. We have a very efficient process with professionals who make similar transactions on a daily basis.

  • Do you require security?
    No we will not require Security because our process provides a Closed End Loan (I have checked with Fiona and they would not proceed if there was any hitches. Both sides of BEC would know what the process it.)

  • Do you lend to limited Companies?
    Yes we lend to limited Companies.

  • Can I use the loan for any other purpose?
    No you can only use the loan for the purpose of purchasing the agreed property on the same day.

  • Can I use my own Solicitor?
    Yes but only for the 3 Working Day Loan. You have to use our nominated Solicitor for the Same Day Loan.

  • When using the Same Day Loan is the solicitor acting for me or A Quick Bridge?
    The Solicitor is acting on your behalf.  However, as part of the process they provide A Quick Bridge with an Undertaking that the loan will only be used for the purpose as stated in the Agreement which they have a copy of. 

  • Do I have to use one of your recommended IFA/Brokers?
    You must use one of our panel of expert Independent Financial Advisors / Brokers to arrange your mortgage.

  • Can I apply if I am self employed?
    Yes.  Provided you can obtain a Mortgage which allows for Instant re-mortgaging.

  • Can I apply if  have a County Court Judgement (CCJ)?
    Yes.  Provided you can obtain a Mortgage which allows for Instant re-mortgaging.

  • What fees does your nominated Solicitor charge?
    Our nominated solicitor’s fees are highly competitive as you will find when you call us to discuss.  The fees are not published on the website purely because the solicitor is independent of us and their fees may be subject to change from time to time.
